ITIC One runs ITIC One LMS. These terms cover its use.
Signing in
Sign in with your own email address, and keep your sign-in codes to yourself. You're responsible for what's done while you're signed in.
Exams
Sit exams yourself, and follow your organisation's rules for them. Don't copy, share or record their questions. Your organisation sets and grades its exams.
Payments
ITIC One sells an organisation's courses and exams on its behalf, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and include any tax. Refunds are possible until you start the course or exam, through your organisation. Organisations are invoiced monthly for their Plan.
Organisations
An organisation is responsible for what it puts on the platform, for the people it invites and enrols, and for the results it gives.
Fair use
Don't try to reach data that isn't yours, disrupt the platform, or use it for anything unlawful.
The service
We work to keep the platform running and your data safe, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy notice.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date above.
